All sales at TechPet are final. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect size/color selection, or buyer's remorse.

We stand behind the quality of what we ship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, or if it never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at bloodstealermeow@abv.bg with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue store credit — no refund to your original payment method will be provided

 

  Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

 

Clearance and sale-tagged items are final sale and not eligible for replacement or credit unless defective on arrival.
